Calling all parents or parents-to-be! This is a class you won't want to miss!
Touch is one of the most important aspects of bonding with our children.
Infant massage is an old parenting practice that has been utilized in many countries around the world for many years. Infant massage is a great way for the parents and baby to bond.
*Even though this is titled "Infant Massage" you can still utilize the majority of the techniques talked about with children of any age. It's never too early or late to start massaging your child!

In this class you will explore different massage techniques to use on your baby and children to help create a stronger bond, calm the child and help with some tummy discomfort.
Parents/guardians: You will be massaging your infant.
The instructor will be demonstrating on a doll.

Estimated time: 45-60 minutes
We've allowed time for a bit of flexibility with the babies and potential diaper changes or feeding.
