Created for all levels of participants, this 50 minute class is specially designed to incorporate gentle Pilates exercises and fascia releasing methods to both strengthen and restore the body as well as bring peace of mind. This low impact, mind-body class focuses on improving flexibility, increasing mobility, stability, and balance, and mental well-being. This class may incorporate tools such as the foam roller, Pilates Ring, toning balls, resistance bands, and fitness balls.

The Pilates exercise method was developed in the early 20th century in Germany by a man named, Joseph Pilates. Originally termed, Contrology, Pilates aimed to create a whole-body transformation utilizing the six Pilates principles of: centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flow.
