Wellness Membership Fine Print
- Start Date & Payment
You can sign up anytime, but your membership will begin on the 1st of the following month. We do not currently pro-rate memberships.
A $15 setup fee will be included in your first monthly payment. - Service & Retail Credits
- Service Credits: Only the $110 session credit will roll over if unused.
- Retail Credits: Any unused $20 retail credit will expire at the end of each month and does not roll over.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted into gift cards or used by another person. (Exception: You may book a Salt Room Session for Two and bring a guest!)
- Appointment Scheduling
We highly recommend booking 2+ weeks in advance, or setting up a recurring appointment, to ensure your preferred day and time.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee specific providers or time slots without advance booking.
Being open to multiple providers and services helps you get the most out of your membership. - Commitment & Cancellation
- A 3-month minimum commitment is required when you first join.
- Your Welcome Gift (valued at over $75) will be given after your third consecutive month.
- After the initial commitment, you may cancel anytime with 1 week written notice.
- You’ll have 30 days after cancellation to use any remaining service credits.
- No refunds or cash exchanges.
- Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you forfeit that month’s service credit. - Capacity & Waitlist
Memberships are limited to 60 active participants per month. If full, you may join our waiting list. - Using Your Credits
- If you'd like to schedule a service that costs more than your available credit, simply pay the difference.
- You do not have to use your full credit in one appointment. Credits may be applied to any service or class we offer.
- Service credits cannot be transferred to gift cards, gifted another person and cannot be combined with Script gift cards or other discounts.
- Billing & Renewals
- Membership renews automatically on the 1st of each month.
- Payments are auto-drafted on the 1st; service and retail credits also renew at this time.
- A credit card on file is required for automatic monthly payments.
- Policy Updates
Membership terms are subject to change. We will notify members of any updates via email.
