How It Works
Number of people in your Spa Party
The date(s) you would like to have your party (we suggest booking a few weeks in advance)
Which services each person would like. Need some inspiration? View all of our services, including our Spa Day Packages. (Each guests can pick different services)
If you would you like lunch or snack included with your day OR if you will you provide your own food
Any other special requests or things we should know about your event
Once your day is booked: You show up, don your robe and slippers and relax! Our staff will let you know when it's time for your individual services, all you need to do is enjoy the company and peacefulness until then.
You are allowed and encouraged to bring snacks or order lunch, but if you want us to take care of that for you, not a problem! We provide a robe, slippers, chocolate and specialty water for all Spa Party guests.
All sessions are by appointment only, it is recommended you call at least 2 months in advance to schedule your spa party appointments.
No-Show Policy: The client will be billed the full amount of the service scheduled, allowing for emergency exceptions.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment within your spa party, please give 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the same fee schedule listed in the no-show policy. Exceptions are made for weather and emergency situations.
Clients Arriving Late: Clients who arrive less than 15 minutes late will receive the remainder of their session, which will end at the scheduled time, and pay will be full price for the appointment. It is at the service providers' discretion whether or not to accept clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late. Please note that while your whole party may be scheduled to be here for a block of hours, each appointment has been scheduled within that time frame with purpose and planning. Please plan to arrive accordingly so you do not forfeit time from your session.
Alcohol at The Spa: While we do allow you to bring your own alcohol for your Spa Party, we ask that you drink in moderation and only serve those who are legally old enough to drink. Some spa services can expedite the effects of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who we feel would be unsafe to receive a service. We also ask that you respect other guests in the spa at the time of you Spa Party. Inclement Weather Policy: If weather makes it unsafe for you to travel, we ask that you call or email to reschedule your appointment with as much notice as you can. If we decide to close the spa due to weather conditions & you have an appointment scheduled for that day, we will call or text you as soon as we've made the decision. There is no cancellation fee when an appointment has to be rescheduled due to unsafe road conditions. We want everyone to remain as safe as possible throughout bad weather.
Children at The Spa: While we love children, we ask that you find other arrangements for them during your spa time. We want you to get the most out of your session and we want to be respectful of other clients' quiet time. If you chose to bring your children and they are disruptive, you will be asked to leave and will be responsible for the full cost of the service no matter how much of the service had been completed.
