Lifestyle Wellness Membership
$120 auto withdrawal per month.
Includes:
- $110 toward any service, or combination of services of your choice
- PLUS a monthly retail credit of $20
- PLUS 40% OFF Alternative Therapies
- PLUS a surprise monthly bonus
- PLUS a Welcome Gift valued at over $75 after 3 months of continuous membership, in good standing
- PLUS a surprise birthday gift during your birth month
*A $15 set-up fee will be added to your first month's payment (included in the price you pay today, then you will pay $120 on the first of each month)
After you make your purchase, one of our Wellness Coordinators will give you a call to get your credit card on file in our membership system for your monthly withdrawals.
Benefits:
- Encourages you to return regularly help reach and maintain your wellness goals.
- As your goals shift, so can your sessions. You decide which service(s) you would most benefit from each month. With your membership, you can spend your service allowance on any single service or a combination of services.
- Extra busy month? No problem! Although that is probably the month you need it most, we get it! Your service credits roll over to the next month (retail credits will expire at the end of the month)
- Exclusive retail or service specials each month - these will be announced through email of the upcoming monthly special exclusive to Wellness Members only
- Exclusive Giveaways (at least 4 per year)
- Wait-list priority when no appointments are available. Need a last minute appointment but we were booked? We will bump you to the top of our stand by list.
- Extend your results with a little extra in-home care with your favorite items. Your membership includes a $20 retail credit each month
- Welcome gift- (valued at over $75) You will receive this one time gift after being a Wellness Member for 3 consecutive months.
- Invitation to an Exclusive Wellness Event
- Total value of additional exclusive gifts & monthly specials in your first year is valued at over $295!
Fine Print:
- Sign up at anytime but your New Memberships won't begin until the 1st of the next month, at this time we do not pro-rate memberships.
- A $15 Set-Up fee included in your first monthly payment.
- Roll-over sessions? Yes but ONLY the Session amount of $110 will roll over.
- All unused retail credit will be lost at the end of the month.
- Only you can use the service and retail credits. They cannot be transferred to another person at this time.
- Scheduling appointments: we highly suggest scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance or even setting up a standing appointment with you favorite service provider to ensure you desired appointment and time are met. You are not guaranteed a specific provider, time, or day of the week if you do not schedule in advance.
- 3-month commitment when you first sign up, then cancel at anytime with 2 weeks notice. You will receive your Welcome Gift during month 3 of your Membership. Your retail credit punch card must be forfeited at time of cancellation.
- No refunds, no cash exchange
- You chose to forfeit your appointment and service credit for the month if you do not comply with the 24-hour cancellation policy
- Wellness Membership rules are subject to change
- If at anytime you desire to schedule an appointment that costs more than the service credit in your account, you will just pay the difference at the time of appointment.
- Service credit does not need to be used in full during one single appointment. Service Credits can be used toward any service or class we offer.
- This membership renews monthly until you cancel. Payment will be auto-drafted on the 1st of each month
- Service credit renews automatically, on the 1st of the month when payment is received
- Retail credit renews at the 1st of the month
- Cannot be combined with other discounts like Script gift cards
- Service Credits cannot be transferred to gift cards
- All Wellness Members are required to have their credit card on file for automatic monthly payments
