Custom Bach Flower Blend
Bach Flower Remedies can naturally help balance emotions and allow you to rediscover your inner sense of peace. Many holistic doctors today believe that attitude of the mind plays a vital role in maintaining health and recovering from illness.
The purpose of Bach Flower Remedies is to support your fight against illness and maintain your wellness by addressing the emotional factors like depression, anxiety and trauma that are thought to impede physical healing. They can also be used preventively, at times of anxiety or stress and are particularly helpful for the many people who feel generally tired and unwell without specific medical diagnosis. The remedies do not conflict with medications and have no unwanted side effects. They are gentle in action and can safely be taken by people of all ages as well as animals and even plants.

We are simply taking your answers to your questionnaire, matching to the Bach Flower associated to your scores and bottling for you. Each bottle will contain your custom Bach Flowers, Spring Water and a few drops of Vegetable Glycerin for preservation.
Your Custom Blend:
There are a total of 38 Bach Flowers, we aim for 4-6 in your custom blend to best help balance your emotions based on where you currently are in life.
Once you've purchased your Bach Flower Remedy Custom Blend, you will complete a questionnaire online(this will be emailed to you). In your questionnaire, you are just checking boxes next to emotions that you currently feel. The answers of your questionnaire are kept confidential.
Based on your answers, we will create your blend. You will also receive a correlating list of Daily Mantras to go with the specific Bach Flowers in your remedy. We suggest placing your Mantras somewhere to look over and repeat daily.
You will take your remedies by mouth or add to your beverages, 4 drops each time with a minimum of 4 times per day. Your bottle should last 3-4 weeks. At the end of the bottle, we would love to hear your feed back.
Depending on your emotions and events in your life, it may be recommended to complete another cycle. You will want to complete a new questionnaire with each bottle so the blend can change as you do.
